WARRANTIES

The quality of all products is guaranteed to our customers when there are defects in materials or workmanship. Likewise, we guarantee the correct dispatch and delivery of orders. It should be noted that if the product was sent for repair to a third party immediately loses the warranty. The end consumer (user) has THIRTY days (30) after the purchase to make a claim for quality warranty by submitting the purchase invoice via our email: @johanaruiz539gmail.com

With the quality guarantee, MAGIC QUEEN STORE commits to:

* To repair or change without any cost for another product of equal reference to the reason for the claim, in case there is no such product: it will be exchanged for another of similar commercial value.

* If any of these situations are not possible, the company will refund the corresponding value.

DELIVERY ERROR, DAMAGED PRODUCT OR PACKAGING.

If the product or packaging is damaged, or the product is different from the one purchased, the customer has 15 calendar days from the date on which he/she received the product to request an exchange. They should contact the customer service line to inform them how to return the product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

In case the customer receives a product with any fault or defect, you should contact the hotline. Remember that you have 30 calendar days from the date you received the product, to request an exchange, provided that the product is unused and in perfect condition. The warranty will be resolved within 15 working days of receipt of the product.

PRODUCT ALREADY RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER THAT PRESENTS A DEFECT

The products marketed by MAGIC QUEEN STORE, have a 30 days manufacturer's warranty. If 30 days have passed since your purchase; unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If after receiving the product you identify any type of fault or defect, you may contact our advisors to inform you how to request warranty and repair of the product. It is necessary that you detail the type of defect so that we can manage your warranty.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds will be issued: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Depending on the reason for the return or exchange the shipping cost will be borne by the customer or by MAGIC QUEEN STORE.
