SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policies are the set of rules that describe how the shipping process of the purchased products will be carried out. Shipping policies are important because they provide confidence to the buyer (they provide concrete information on how the shipment and delivery of your order will be handled). They allow the customer to know when and under what conditions he will receive his order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse at 11 charles pl Stanhope New Jersey, USA. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days from the order date and will ship the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your orders. After that, if it does not arrive, please inform us at the contact page for an agent to track your order, for out of country orders it could take 10-15 business days (depending on location).
